Market Manipulation of any kind is strictly prohibited and Customers are not allowed to engage in such activities. Market Manipulation is defined as actions taken by any Customer or a person acting in concert with a Customer which are intended to:
Deceive or mislead other Customers;
Artificially control or manipulate the price or trading volume of an Asset; or
Aid, abet, enable, finance, support, or endorse either of the above. This may include actions on Tokenize Xchange and/or outside of Tokenize Xchange; and any other type of action as Tokenize Xchange or the SC may determine from time to time to constitute Market Manipulation.
Examples of Market Manipulation includes, but is not limited to front-running, wash trading, bear raiding, spoofing, layering, churning, and quote stuffing.
Users that are being identify engage in market manipulation will be given a stern warning also put them into blacklist. When the users repeat such action again, they will be fully prohibited to trade with Tokenize Xchange
