From time to time Tokenize Xchange may announce a Planned Downtime and suspend trading temporarily.
Tokenize Xchange will notify Customers through an announcement of the date and time of the Planned Downtime and the length of the Planned Downtime on the website of Tokenize Xchange at https://tokenizemalaysia.com/annoucement at least 7 days before the date and time of the Planned Downtime.
During the Planned Downtime, Tokenize Xchange will be in maintenance mode and all trading functions including access to the Order Books will be disabled. Access to Customers Accounts (including deposit and withdrawal functions) will be disabled during the Planned Downtime.
In the event of extenuating circumstances or urgent maintenance, Tokenize Xchange may give shorter than the 7 days’ notice period of the date and time of the Planned Downtime.
Immediately after Planned Downtime is completed, Tokenize Xchange will notify its Customers through an announcement on https://tokenizemalaysia.com/annoucement and Tokenize Xchange will be restored to Full Trading Mode.
During the Initial Response Phase, service may be shifted to alternate sites to allow operations to begin functioning and provide service to its customers. Initially reduced service may be provided until sites can be fully restored. Within 2 hours the system and facilities should be functional at 100%
